How much clearance do I need for a tent?
A 20'x20' tent requires 26'x26' of yard space. A 20'x30' tent requires 26'x36' of yard space. Both tents are 12.5' high in the center.
Will you come to measure my yard?
If you have any question about the space, we will come and measure. Some exceptions to spacing can be made.
What kind of tents do you rent?
We only rent pole tents which have one center pole in a 20'x20' and two center poles in a 20'x30'.
Can a tent go on a hard surface such as a deck or driveway?
No. Our tents need to be staked into the ground. You would need to rent a frame tent for a hard surface.
Is set up and take down included in the price?
Yes. We set up and take down.
Is Delivery included in the price?
Depends on your location. Please see map for free delivery areas. Map. Outside areas are $20.
When will my tent be set up and taken down?
Usually we set up your tent the day before your party however on busy weekends, it may be setup the morning of. We always take down
the day after your party.
How many chairs fit at a table?
Between six and eight. Six is recommended because eight is tight with the chair arms. Click to see pictures. Chairs
How many tables fit in a tent?
This depends on your arrangement however we recommend six tables in a 20'x20' and ten tables in a 20'x30'. Click for pictures. Tables
We are not responsible for sprinkler lines, electric lines, plumbing lines etc. Please indicate any underground obstruction prior to installation.
It is always appreciated when your party has been cleaned and chairs are restacked.
The tent needs to be dropped flat in order to pack it up so please remove anything that doesn't belong to us after your party.
Please do not hang tissue paper like streamers. With moisture, the dye from these products stain the tent.
Please remove anything in the area where the tent will be installed. This ranges from dog droppings to lawn furniture.
Please do not use Tiki style torches in or close to the tents as they leave residue on the tent.
Please do not use a grill or fire pit in or near the tent.
